Aksakovo

Aksakovo (Bulgarian: Аксаково [akˈsakovo]) is a town in Varna Province, Northeastern Bulgaria. It is the administrative centre of the homonymous Aksakovo Municipality. The town is located on the Franga Plateau three kilometres northwest of the city of Varna.
Aksakovo is one of the newest towns in Bulgaria (since 2006). Population is 7617 (2020). It is actually submerged by Varna.
